About Greener Concepts

Greener Concepts is a locally owned design-build firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Max Mazur founded the company in 2010. The team carries 58 years of combined building experience and has delivered 500+ projects: kitchens, baths, basements, additions, whole home remodels, and custom new construction.

We compete on three things. Craftsmanship that holds up. Communication that doesn't disappear mid project. Value engineering: knowing where every dollar earns its keep.

Founder & Lead Builder

Max Mazur

Max holds Georgia Residential Contractor License RBQA008024, certifications in abatement and sustainable building, and multiple design-build awards. He came up through master level carpentry and tile setting, with a focus on detailed finish work and custom fabrication. He's certified in abatement and sustainable building, and still grabs the tool belt when a job calls for it. Usually for the finish work nobody else dares to touch.

Off the jobsite, Max builds one of one custom furniture and cutting boards by hand. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife, two daughters, and a mini schnauzer named Pepper.

Lead Project Manager

Greg Lorenzetti

Greg has 30+ years in residential construction and has built 121 homes. Trained as an architect, he reads construction plans for fun the way other people read novels.

He owns project planning, inspections, site coordination, quality control, and build documentation. Semi-retired and unwilling to stop, Greg splits his weeks between the golf course and the jobsite, where he mentors crews and holds every project to the standard he's enforced for three decades.
